The final module of the year; Work Related Learning 2, comprising of four individual tasks, tested a range of industry skills and demonstrated exactly how far I had progressed on the first year of the course.
The first task of the assignment was to write a website specification, detailing the project goals, target audience, delivery requirements and competitive analysis. This report highlighted the necessity of the thought process and research that is required before producing a website.
The second part of the assignment was to produce two distinctly different sets of screen designs. The three minute pitch, to present my two screen designs gave me experience and was part of the preparation for the upcoming presentations throughout the second year. The final aspect to the module was authoring the chosen screen design.
